Our 7th in-person annual East Cape Champs (ECC) for 2024 is set! Athletes are invited to participate at the 2024 East Cape Champs (ECC) from 15-17 November 2024.

This year the East Cape Championships (ECC) provides a unique opportunity to witness the best athletes in our sport from around Africa, to throw down in 3 days of competition!

There are divisions for both Individuals and Teams of all levels (i.e. RX/Intermediate/Scaled) and this is open to both Affiliates and Non-affiliates.

The event will feature traditional workouts programmed by 7x CrossFit Games athlete, Dave Levey, that hold true to our sport.
