Our 9th in-person annual East Cape Champs (ECC) for 2026 is set! Athletes are invited to participate at the 2026 First Choice High Protein Recovery East Cape Champs (ECC) from 18-20 July 2025.

This year the First Choice High Protein Recovery East Cape Championships (ECC) provides a unique opportunity to witness the best athletes in our sport from around Africa, to throw down in 3 days of competition!

There are divisions for both Individuals and Teams of all levels (i.e. RX/Intermediate/Scaled) and this is open to both Affiliates and Non-affiliates.

The event will feature traditional workouts programmed by 7x CrossFit Games athlete, Dave Levey, that hold true to our sport.
