2020 Endurade ECC Online Workout Events

 

  • Complete 4 Workouts over 10 Days (2-12 December 2020).

 

  • You can complete them in any order and re-test as needed!

 

  • Get a friend to judge your performance!

 

  • RX Division – Only the RX Men and Women need to submit videos if you make the Top 10. These athletes are to Video Record and Upload their workouts when submitting their scores online!

 

  • Registration, Score Submission and Video Submission (RX Ind only) must be completed before 24:00 (local SA time) 12 December 2020. 

 

  • You must log your scores to stand a chance to Win the Lucky Draw/Participation Prizes!

  • NB – SCALING OPTIONS:
    • IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR RX, AND CANNOT COMPLETE THE WORKOUT RX AND WANT TO/NEED TO SCALE IT, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO SCALE TO 1 LEVEL DOWN I.E. RX CAN SCALE TO INTERMEDIATE.
    • WHEN YOU LOG YOUR SCORES, TICK SCALED AND YOU WILL FALL ON THE SAME LEADERBOARD BUT RANKED  SO THAT THE FIRST RX ATHLETE WHO SCALED THE WORKOUT WILL FALL AFTER THE LAST ATHLETE WHO COMPLETED RX.
    • LIKEWISE WITH INTERMEDIATE – INTERMEDIATE CAN SCALE TO BEGINNER.
    • BEGINNER HOWEVER CANNOT SCALE ANY FURTHER AND MUST COMPLETE THE WORKOUT ON THE BEGINNER LEVEL!
