• You will be competing as an individual….will you do the team or the super team event also?
  If so – who will you be teaming up with and why?
  I will be competing in the individual event.
  I don’t have a team yet. I would like to compete in a Super team. Can you assist me?
  Dave – For sure, we will try and hook up all the athletes who are not in teams yet, with other athletes for the super team division
• What are you looking forward to at this very first NECC?
  I’m looking forward to this competition for new experiences and to meet people. Also I get to fly to the Cape.
• Is there anything that you are hoping to see or expect from my programming?
  I’ve actually heard a lot about your programming and I am interested to see new ideas.
• Please give me a short CV of your best performances.
  I started CrossFit a year ago (11 Sep. 14) and got hooked from the start. So far I have competed in The Open where I ranked 23rd in my region. We then competed in Pretoria Throwdown where we finished 17th. Next on the list was Last Team Standing where we made it through to the finals. After that Pierre and I competed in BST, Beauty and the beast where we made it through to finals. Just recently we competed in Battle of the Jukskie where we finished 7th. This past weekend I placed first at Last Man Standing, my highest finish to date.
  I have also done some weightlifting competitions including the Gauteng champs where I finished second in my weight division.

  Unfortunately so far I do not have any sponsors.
