The top 6 South African Men and Women from “The Open” of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games are invited to participate at the 2016 Nutritech East Cape Championships, to be held on 11-13 November 2016. These athletes are invited to an action packed single day Individual event, and are also encouraged to merge with other key athletes, to make a SUPER Team. If one of these 12 cannot attend, the invite will be passed onto the next Competitor (i.e. the 7th place finisher and so forth).
