Richard Smith has confirmed his entry for the Nutritech East Cape Champs! Richard has been a consistent athlete on the South African competition scene, always coming up with top performances! Last year Richard represented Africa at the Meridian Super Regional of the Reebok CrossFit Games. This year Richard placed 8th in South Africa of the Open of the Reebok CrossFit Games.
