No it’s not in the ocean, this year! The Swim for the Individuals will take place at the historic St Georges Pool between 10:00 and 12:00 on Friday the 11th November. Please bring along a swimming costume. Swimming caps, goggles and sunsceen are optional. Directions will be given a Events 1 and 2 and a google map will soon be inserted onto the website at: https://eastcapechamps.co.za/event-location/

The day for the individuals starts early at 7:15 at CrossFit Algoa (56 3rd Avenue Newton Park – behind the yellow and green Cartridge Computer Shop). Be sure to arrive on time as we are on a tight schedule!
