If you are Registered for RX… you can scale a Workout to Intermediate. When logging your score on the RX leaderboard, tick scaled if you scaled to INTERMEDIATE.
I.e. The person who has the best Time/Reps, but who has scaled to INTERMEDIATE, will fall after the last RX person on the RX leaderboard!
If you are Registered for INTERMEDIATE… you can scale a Workout to BEGINNER (SCALED). When logging your score on the INTERMEDIATE leaderboard, tick scaled if you scaled to BEGINNER (SCALED).
I.e. The person who has the best Time/Reps, but who has scaled to BEGINNER, will fall after the last INTERMEDIATE person on the INTERMEDIATE leaderboard!
If you are Registered for BEGINNER (SCALED)… you CANNOT scale a Workout further! So DO NOT Tick Scaled!
