For the Tie Breaker scores on Workout 1A and Workout 2 – please put your time in as seconds. I.e. if your time was 6:10 on your last set of C&J completed for 1A, then it is (6 x 60) + 10 = 370 seconds. Same for workout 2!
All other Time Scores remain in the usual min:sec (mm:ss) format!
Reminder to put Workout 1B time as the Actual time and not cumulative. The time should be less than 5 minutes or if you hit time cap, then 5 min plus missed reps. For example 5 missed muscle-ups – time is 5:05.
