Athletes are invited to participate in Port Elizabeth from the 11th – 13th of November at the beautiful Tramways Building, for the chance to be crowned the 2016 Nutritech East Cape Champion/s. The Nutritech East Cape Championships (NECC) provides a unique opportunity to witness the best athletes in our sport from around Africa to throw down, in a single day of competition for the individuals, and in 2 days of competition for the teams. The Team Competition will be fiercely contested as Super Teams take on Box Affiliates! The event will feature traditional workouts programmed by Dave Levey that always hold true to our sport.
